Waste Management Contract

The association board has worked with Waste Management to negotiate new rates for those in the community that choose to use their services. Beginning April 1, 2025 the new rates will be $17.00 for waste removal and $7.50 for recycling. This is a 3yr arrangement with a maximum 8% annual increase. This discounted, negotiated rate will only apply if at least 85% of our community uses Waste Management's services, so please consider participating to ensure that we continue to meet this threshold! Credits to existing customers will be applied to the next billing cycle.
